The cats...

I know, I know,  just an unexotic pair of moggies! But, I've had so many children ask about my pet cats, that I have promised them a picture. The big tabby is Smokey, he's 10 years old and very sweet and affectionate. He loves to sit with me in the animal room and watches me at work with great interest. If he is allowed he likes to sniff the animals, but he never touches them. He is not allowed on people's laps for too long as he starts to drool uncontrollably with emotion, yuck. Sherlock is the grey, he is 3 and incredibly naughty and hilarious. He is allowed to sleep on my daughters bed sometimes, as he just goes to sleep and doesn't mess about. She has trained him to drape around her neck like a scarf and he just hangs there. He is in love with Lola my snake, although he needs to be careful as one day she'll be big enough to eat him. This is another reason to padlock the snakes cage!
