Fierce hunting snails!

This is a drawing from a 700 year old illuminated manuscript.  It was shown to me by a lovely historian called Fran who lives on Orkney.  It is meant to be a joke showing a snail as the falcon and the falconer as a rabbit (or possibly a hare due to the long ears and legs). At least I hope it's a joke as this would have been a scary sight in real life. I'm not going to show it to Gary and Tobi just in case they decide to become hunting snails...
